The Bethel College volleyball team has quickly turned things around. Less than a week ago, the Pilots were 0-5 in Crossroads League play and struggling through each match. They finally earned that elusive first win against Huntington on Saturday, Sept. 15. The victory revived the Pilots and rejuvenated their season. That new-found vigor was on display Wednesday, Sept. 19 when the Pilots played host to the University of Saint Francis. Bethel dominated the match, winning in straight sets 25-23, 25-18 and 25-22. Six different Pilots had four kills or more with Callie Patrick leading the way at eight. Morgan Fox may have had the best all-around performance with seven kills, twelve digs and two and a half blocks. The Pilots are now 7-9 overall and 2-5 in league play. Next up, they go on the road against Goshen College on Friday, Sept. 21 where they will put their two-game winning streak on the line.
