It has been a stellar season for sophomore guard Zach Miller. To cap it off, he has won the latest installment of “Athlete of the Week.” Miller is a major reason why the Pilot men’s basketball team finds itself in the Crossroads League title game on Tuesday night. Over the team’s final two regular season games, Miller scored 41 points on 15-26 shooting. He kept the hot streak going into the tournament as he led the Pilots with 24 points, five assists and four steals in the opener against the University of Saint Francis which the Pilots won 89-73. Then he added in 12 points in Bethel’s 72-53 semi-final victory over Marian. On the season, Miller is third in the nation (NAIA Division II) with 98 made three-pointers.
