28 On Friday Jan. 27 there was no Chapel. This is an unusual occurrence because it is not very often Chapel gets cancelled unless it is for finals week or for a snow day. 
In fact, Shawn Holtgren, vice president for student development, said he is not aware of any other time it has been scheduled into the Chapel schedule to have no Chapel service. Instead this hour block was supposed to be used for a time of rest and reflection at the end of World Christian Action Conference. Students , faculty, and staff were encouraged to take this time to think about what was said this week by our speaker, R. York More, of InterVarsity ministries, and figure out how his talks could possibly apply to their lives.
