MISHAWAKA— From Thursday, October 19th till Friday, October 20th, Go2BU will be taking place. This event is where prospective students will be able to have an immersive Bethel experience.
During this event, prospective students will be able to stay in dorms hosted by Bethel students. These prospective students will also be able to visit different classes and Friday’s chapel with their hosts. According to Bethel’s Enrollment Report Specialist, Kimberly Miller, there are also plenty of events planned during Go2BU.
On Thursday night, there will be Tip-Off Madness which is the start up of Bethel’s Basketball and Cheerleading season. Each dorm building will also be holding their own events for the night. There will also be a VIP dinner for parents of the prospective students.
On Friday, these students will be able to visit different classes and chapel so that they can see what everyday life at Bethel would be like. They will also be able to go to information sessions such as, “financial aid and scholarships, class observations, panels for FYE and Bethel students, speed friending, tours, and a scholarship giveaway”.
