MISHAWAKA, IND.-- Part II of the Election Series has come, and the Bethel Beacon wants to give you another look into what you need to know for the upcoming elections. Early registration has started, and in one week (11/06), the polls officially open. We want to help you know the information you need to be part of it all.
Poll locations in St. Joseph County are as follows: Lobby of the County City Building 227 W Jefferson Boulevard South Bend, IN 46601 Lobby of the County Services Annex 219 Lincoln Way West Mishawaka, IN 46544 What to do: Absentee voting—Bring a valid form of I.D. and proof of residence for where you stay outside of the school year. Registering to vote—While registration ended on the 12th of this month, you can still register to vote on-site at the poll locations. Voting—The polls are open from 7 am-8 pm. When you reach the table, you will select a candidate for each category. The divisions are county officials and state officials, and you will select different positions from the two.
