MISHAWAKA — Bethel University students might be wondering who all is responsible for the plethora of exciting activities around campus. Student Engagement Coordinator, Annelotte Letens, plans and oversees all the events around campus.
Letens helped plan a Putt-Putt Night. More than 100 Bethel students turned up to mingle and have fun playing at Mishawaka’s Putt-Putt Fun Center.
Campus Activities is planning several activities in early October including a scavenger hunt, a creative writing feature and a British Baking Show: Microwave Edition, she said.
The scavenger hunt will take place from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. around campus The scavenger hunt will take place from 8 to 10 p.m. around campus on Friday, Oct. 4, and will feature a selection of prizes for the winning students. The creative writing feature will be at Sufficient Grounds from 7 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6. The British Baking Show: Microwave Edition is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 18, in the Kelly Auditorium.
For those on campus having trouble finding a reason to attend these exciting and numerous events, Letens has an invitation for you.
“Just come to meet people," Letens said. “[Any activity] gets you out of your room … let’s do something and not just sit around. It’s a great break from homework, and it’s a great place to, like, meet people from, you know, different tracks than where you’re at.”
Any students who are interested in or have further questions about the events should direct their questions to her via email.
