The Pilot men’s soccer team continued their perfect ways in the MCC by taking care of Spring Arbor 6-0 in the first round of the tournament. Zach Ganzberg continued to give significant contributions to the team, scoring two goals and collecting one assist. Bernardo Sant’Anna, Romulo Nobrega, Daniel Moyo, and Drew Carpenter each chipped in a goal as well. In addition to the Pilot offense overwhelming the Cougars, Cody Troyer earned another shutout, which makes seven on the season. With this win, Bethel moves on to the semi-finals, where they will take on a tough Taylor team who has won five of their last seven. The other semi final will be a battle between the number two seed Indiana Wesleyan and the number three seed Marian. The Pilots will face the Trojans this Saturday at home.
