R. York Moore to be headline speaker at WCAC

For World Christian Action Conference (WCAC) this year the headline speaker is R. York Moore, from Detroit Michigan. He will be speaking Monday night at 8 p.m., Tuesday at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Wednesday at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

According to the Tell the Story Web site, “Moore is the National Evangelist for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship USA, America’s oldest and largest campus ministry.” Moore is the author of “Growing Your Faith by Giving it Away” and has used this book to train 10,000 Christians. Moore is passionate about modern day slave trade and speaks frequently about social injustice issues. “Moore seeks to see people come to Christ through the lens of justice and become world-changing agents for Christ and His Kingdom,” said the Web site.
