MISHAWAKA, IND. – It is pumpkin season everyone! Keep an eye out, because on Halloween, Wed., Oct. 31, the Bethel Beacon will be hosting a scene-it style competition. Patch the Pumpkin will be located so somewhere around campus between the Everest-Rohrer chapel and the Miller-Moore Academic Center.
All you have to do to enter is snap a photo and tag us at @bethelbeacon on Instagram, using the hashtag #patchthepumpkin. Please do not move Patch but be sure to take plenty of pictures with him. Don’t be afraid to have fun with your photo-pose with Patch -- maybe give him a prop or two!
The winner of the contest will be selected at random by our social media coordinator. The winner will then be contacted later in the week and interviewed for a featured story in the next edition of the Beacon. Good luck, and Patch is looking forward to his photo op with you!
