47 Coach Steve Dregits has formally accepted the position of head women’s soccer coach. Dregits graduated from Bethel in 2001 and has served as assistant coach to the women’s soccer team since 2005. His experience also includes coaching the boy’s soccer team at Penn High School and teaching elementary physical education in the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation. “I am excited for the opportunity to be a head coach at Bethel,” said Dregits. “As a former student-athlete, I understand the championship character that is expected from Bethel teams. My goal is to prepare the team to be champions on and off the field. Most importantly, I want the young ladies that play for me, to leave Bethel with a stronger relationship with Christ.”
