29MISHAWAKA- This year for Black History Month Bethel University has created a Student Lounge in the Sufficient Grounds conference room.
The student lounge opened Feb. 11 and will remain open through the end of the month. The goal of this lounge is to create a place for students to learn through books or movies as well as hangout and engage with other students. It's also a place for other Black History Month events to take place, such as the movie “The 13th,” which was shown at 7 p.m. on Feb. 21.
Students are encouraged to drop by and engage with their peers.
